These Scuttle and PHPDug lists are the ones I use for Scuttle submission software, which installs as plugin for Social bookmarking Submission software.
Having tried another Bookmarking Services and software like Bookmarking Demon 4, I would say this is one of the best, because it works automatically “behind the scenes” (it really is set it and forget it), allowing you to have more time to focus on your web sites.
