You want to sound rational and have credibility.
Always ensure you do a spell check. If you spell words wrong

thing I dislike are those that sound whiney in their emails. You want

Email attachments should only be used when it is essential. When you
send an offer keep it in the email itself, unless it is in a contract
format and what you are sending is binding upon you as the sender.
I do not like how people freely use attachments when it is not
necessary. Have you ever clicked on an attachment only to find that
it will not open? What do you do? Click, you just closed the email.
Now when this happens to you through using attachments you may have
lost a potential customer.

Always start your email politely by addressing the person by name.
Get to the point and you can say “I do not want to take too much of
